There are two main reasons schools can end up paying more than the normal market rate for painting services.

The first is because state schools are government funded, or in the case of private schools, there is often a perception that money is not seen as an issue. Schools are sometimes seen as bottomless pits of money and as such, quotes can end up somewhat inflated. Value for money, and the durability of the paint system should be the main objective for schools when gaining quotes, because the last thing any school needs is to keep forking out money due to inadequate paint systems and workmanship.

The second reason schools can end up with inflated pricing is the fact that most schools prefer to have work performed during the holiday periods, which due to the simple philosophy of supply and demand can mean prices are higher than if the work had been performed during the normal school term.

Most schools will require three quotes as standard procedure, and a painter a school can trust will become a great asset for the future.

Schools may also apply for community days.

Craig the Painter offers schools our normal high workmanship standards, while providing paint at a heavily reduced rate. We see this as our way of ensuring schools have that little bit extra to spend on the most important things, our kids.

Plus with every job, we offer FREE graffiti guard application.
